Dishonest and greedy and untrustworthy. Do not rent anything from this guy! Fees at every corner and rats in apartment that are hidden in contract as tenant responsibility. The only good reviews he has are from his friends who signed up to raise his rating.

Nasty, dishonest and greedy. They add illegal costs to contracts, particularly if you're foreign and don't understand Dutch law. The estate neglected to tell people about the rats in the building nor about the ways he'd rob me.
