Great hotel with friendly staff and nice location. A metro stop across the street. A great Pho place across the street. Spring for the water view, it's worth the extra few bucks. Only complaint really would be that the toilet is in a separate room with a frosted glass door. If you need to use it at night it will clank against the metal stopper. It seems like it should have a little rubber stopper between so it doesn't make a loud noise when closed.

Freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Gute und viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen und eine schöne Aussicht wenn ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen hat.

انصح بحجز غرفه بالاطلاله على المياه مع ساونا روعه الاقامه فيه الفطور يحتاج الى تنوع اكثر هادئ موقع ممتاز جدا

My first impression was that the receptionist Jason was very attentive and helpful, The hotel itself was very clean with a beautiful view from the elevator:) thank you for the room with the private sauna We really enjoyed it, I highly recommend this hotel, definitely 5 ⭐✨⭐ star

Great service. Location is excellent. I arrived early from US and surprised to find out that room was ready at 7am! Spa room on 8th floor is very nice if you are into taking long bath. The room has built in sauna even. Just loved the view of the river. Gotta love the Dutch. Benwa ball is available in the room for purchase along with the other essentials for personal pleasure!
